At the Oval Medical Centre we provide a high standard service and once you have you PCO you should be good to go.
Under the DVLA D4 Medical form guidelines this test must be conducted strictly by a medical practitioner who is registered with the general medical council (GMC).
What do you need to bring with you:
- Photo ID
- Your driving glasses/contact lenses & prescription
- Details of any ongoing medical conditions plus any medication you are taking
- Full medical record from your GP
- Medical form
