To receive the £10 discount, you must book your appointment online through our website. This discount is not available for appointments booked via phone or email with our receptionists.

To book an appointment online, click here and choose either a remote or in-person consultation. After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment.

our prescription will be sent to your mobile phone and email. You can use it at any pharmacy in the UK. There’s no need to print it; simply show the code in the message to the pharmacy staff.

For laboratory tests and ultrasounds, samples and tests can be conducted at our clinic (2 Clapham Road). Lab tests can also be conducted at our partner laboratory, The Doctors Laboratory, in London (76 Wimpole Street, London W1G 9RT) or Manchester (Regents Place, 4 Windsor Street, Salford, M5 4HB).

If an imaging test is required (X-Ray, Computed Tomography, Magnetic Resonance Imaging) you can benefit from our partner Vista Health’s with more than 60 locations across the UK.

Remote consultations can be conducted over the phone or via video. If necessary, your doctor may ask to assess your condition visually using video.

Remote consultation is recommended for various medical conditions, provided the patient’s clinical needs or treatment requests are not complex.

If the doctor finds it necessary to see the patient in person, a new appointment will be booked at the clinic. There will be no charge for this second consultation as long as it is for the same medical condition.

If you experience technical issues during your remote consultation, please contact our reception by phone at 020 7592 6000 or by email.

If the patient’s life is at risk, please call 999 or 111. For other cases, our doctors can assess via video or telephone consultations.
