Originally from Brazil, Dr Rafaella Poli graduated in Medicine from the Federal University of Santa Catarina in Florianópolis. She has since built extensive experience across occupational medicine, family medicine, and preventive health, supporting patients with a wide range of clinical needs in both individual and community settings.

Dr Poli brings to our clinic a strong foundation of medical knowledge combined with a genuinely patient-centred philosophy. She is committed to listening attentively, understanding each patient’s unique circumstances, and providing care that considers not only immediate concerns but long-term wellbeing. Her calm, empathetic manner helps patients feel supported, while her clinical expertise ensures they receive safe, evidence-based guidance.

A native Portuguese speaker, Dr Poli is fluent in English and communicates confidently in Spanish, allowing her to care effectively for patients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. She is fully registered with the General Medical Council (GMC) and is also an Advanced Life Support (ALS) provider, reflecting her dedication to maintaining excellence in emergency and general medical practice.
